This two story Ranch style house has been transformed into a three story Contemporary Ranch style home, with no change to the existing footprint.

By engaging neighbor participation early on in the design phase, we were able to smoothly navigate the planning review process.

The new design embraces the existing Ranch style massing, while introducing a Contemporary roof line that playfully follows the contours of the hillside.

In addition, the outdoor deck, patio, landscaping, and exterior material palette have also undergone a sophisticated transformation.
